After placing an Order on the Website, the User is provided with information about the expected delivery date by calling confirmation to the phone number specified by the User in the Order. The manager servicing this Order specifies the details of the Order, agrees on the delivery date, which depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Owner's warehouse and the time required for processing and delivery of the Order. The expected date of transfer of the Order to the Delivery Service is communicated to the User by the manager servicing the Order by e-mail or during a follow-up call to the User.
The price of each individual Product is determined by the Owner and is indicated on the Site. The price of the Order is determined by adding the price of all the Goods included in the Order, which is equal to the amount payable, which is indicated on the Site when placing the Order at the time of its placement. Information about the methods and types of delivery of the Goods, with which the User can familiarize himself and make a choice, is displayed on the Site.
The price of the contract is equal to the price of the Order. The amount of the Order may vary depending on the price, quantity or nomenclature of the Goods.

the reason for the refund;

The delivery of the Goods to the User is carried out after the full payment of the cost of the Order.
