Terms of Use

The user must read this document carefully. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, he should not register (log in) on this Site and should not use it and its software. If at any time the User does not agree or cannot agree with the terms of this discussion, then the User must allow access or use of the Site. Any use of the Site is at the discretion of the User. By using the Site, the User confirms that he does not consider the Site and its functionality undesirable or unfair.

Product information

The product is presented in the catalog through photo samples, is the original product. Each sample photo is accompanied by textual information: price, product description, possible sizes and name.

The price of the goods indicated on the Site can be changed by the Owner unilaterally. In the event of a change in the price of the goods ordered by the User, the Site manager informs the User about this as soon as possible (by phone or by e-mail) in order to receive confirmation or cancel the Order. If it is impossible to contact the User, this Order is considered canceled.

Goods and the procedure for purchasing goods

The photographs accompanying the Goods may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the Goods, taking into account the peculiarities of the color transmission of various devices with which the Site is viewed. The descriptions/characteristics accompanying the Product do not claim to be exhaustive and may contain typographical errors. The information provided on the Site is updated as necessary.

The order can be placed by the User independently through the basket of the Site or in the store, with the help of a manager, the address of the store is indicated in the "Contacts" section.

The Site user has the right to place an Order for any product presented on the Site.

In the absence of the Goods ordered by the User in the warehouse of the Owner, the latter has the right to exclude the specified Goods from the Order / cancel the User's Order by notifying the User by calling or sending an appropriate electronic message to the address specified by the User during registration, or otherwise.

In the absence of the Goods, the User has the right to replace it with a similar Goods, to refuse this Goods, to cancel the Order.

The User has the right to refuse the Order at any time until it is sent to the User, informing the Site by calling the contact number, which is fixed in this Agreement.

In case of cancellation of a fully or partially prepaid Order, before it is sent to the User, the cost of the canceled Goods is returned by the Owner to the User in the manner in which the Goods were paid for, with the exception of commissions from banking institutions, payment systems or other organizations, with the help of which the Goods were fully or partially prepaid by the User . The possibility of a refund, in case of cancellation, does not apply to cases of selection and ordering by the User of individual tailoring of the Goods. For individual tailoring, a separate contract must be concluded between the User and the Owner.

The User is fully responsible for the provision of incorrect information, which entailed the impossibility of the Owner to properly fulfill his obligations to the User, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. After placing an Order on the Website, the User is provided with information about the expected delivery date by calling confirmation to the phone number specified by the User in the Order. The manager servicing this Order specifies the details of the Order, agrees on the delivery date, which depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Owner's warehouse and the time required for processing and delivery of the Order. The expected date of transfer of the Order to the Delivery Service is communicated to the User by the manager servicing the Order by e-mail or during a follow-up call to the User.

Price and payment procedure

The price of each individual Product is determined by the Owner and is indicated on the Site. The price of the Order is determined by adding the price of all the Goods included in the Order, which is equal to the amount payable, which is indicated on the Site when placing the Order at the time of its placement. Information about the methods and types of delivery of the Goods, with which the User can familiarize himself and make a choice, is displayed on the Site.

The price of the contract is equal to the price of the Order. The amount of the Order may vary depending on the price, quantity or nomenclature of the Goods.

Payment on this Site is carried out in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia (UAH)

The order is considered paid from the moment the payment is received on the account of the Owner. The fact of payment for the Order indicates the User's consent to the terms of this Site.

Until the User's funds are credited to the Owner's settlement account, the Goods are not reserved. The Owner cannot guarantee the availability of the Goods in the quantity specified at the time of placing the Order, as a result of which the processing time of the Order may increase. If it is necessary to make a refund by the Owner to the User, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, in order to make a refund, the User must send the Owner an Application for a refund, by sending a letter to the Owner's contact email address, with the following information:

• details of the bank account or bank card to which the Owner is obliged to transfer funds;

• name, patronymic and surname of the User;

• contact phone number of the User;

• number and date of the Order;

• the reason for the refund;

• the required amount of refund.

The delivery of the Goods to the User is carried out after the full payment of the cost of the Order.
