“Basic wardrobe” - these two words seem to haunt both men and women lately. Everyone strives to tell us what should be in every person's wardrobe, but no one really explains what kind of animal it is. We will explain.
The basic things are often called classic cut in neutral shades. But this is not true. Basic items are the skeleton of your wardrobe, in short - basic clothes in your closet. And it can be completely different.
For some, these will be business suits, shirts and ties, and for others, sneakers and jeans.
The first thing you should understand when making a base is your lifestyle. Where and how long are you during the week, month, year? The possibility of a refund, in case of cancellation, does not apply to cases of selection and ordering by the User of individual tailoring of the Goods. For individual tailoring, a separate contract must be concluded between the User and the Owner.
The User is fully responsible for the provision of incorrect information, which entailed the impossibility of the Owner to properly fulfill his obligations to the User, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. After placing an Order on the Website, the User is provided with information about the expected delivery date by calling confirmation to the phone number specified by the User in the Order. The manager servicing this Order specifies the details of the Order, agrees on the delivery date, which depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Owner's warehouse and the time required for processing and delivery of the Order. The expected date of transfer of the Order to the Delivery Service is communicated to the User by the manager servicing the Order by e-mail or during a follow-up call to the User.
The price of each individual Product is determined by the Owner and is indicated on the Site. The price of the Order is determined by adding the price of all the Goods included in the Order, which is equal to the amount payable, which is indicated on the Site when placing the Order at the time of its placement. Information about the methods and types of delivery of the Goods, with which the User can familiarize himself and make a choice, is displayed on the Site.
The price of the contract is equal to the price of the Order. The amount of the Order may vary depending on the price, quantity or nomenclature of the Goods.
Payment on this Site is carried out in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia (UAH)
The order is considered paid from the moment the payment is received on the account of the Owner. The fact of payment for the Order indicates the User's consent to the terms of this Site.
Until the User's funds are credited to the Owner's settlement account, the Goods are not reserved. The Owner cannot guarantee the availability of the Goods in the quantity specified at the time of placing the Order, as a result of which the processing time of the Order may increase. details of the bank account or bank card to which the Owner is obliged to transfer funds;
name, patronymic and surname of the User;
contact phone number of the User;
number and date of the Order;
the reason for the refund;
the required amount of refund.
The delivery of the Goods to the User is carried out after the full payment of the cost of the Order.
